Unlike the driver-only memory seat and mirrors in the Polestar 4, the Wagoneer S has standard driver and passenger memory, so that when drivers switch, the memory setting adjusts the driver’s seat, steering wheel position (with optional power wheel adjuster), outside mirror angle and radio stations and the front passenger seat also adjusts to the new passenger’s preset preferences.
The Wagoneer S’ standard easy entry system raises the steering wheel and glides the driver’s seat back, making it easier for the driver to get in and out. An easy entry system costs extra on the Polestar 4.
To shield the driver and front passenger’s vision over a larger portion of the windshield and side windows, the Wagoneer S has standard extendable sun visors. The Polestar 4 doesn’t offer extendable visors.
The Wagoneer S’ power mirror controls are mounted on the armrest for easy access. The Polestar 4’s power mirror controls are embedded in the infotainment system, seriously distracting drivers who have to adjust them while driving.
Optional air conditioned front and rear seats keep the Wagoneer S’ passengers comfortable and take the sting out of hot leather in summer. The Polestar 4 doesn’t offer air-conditioned seats in the rear.
The Wagoneer S has a standard heated steering wheel to take the chill out of steering on extremely cold winter days before the vehicle heater warms up. A heated steering wheel costs extra on the Polestar 4.
Compared to the Polestar 4, the Jeep Wagoneer S eliminates the need for separate garage door openers and associated risks of losing, breaking, or having dead batteries with its standard integrated Homelink® universal remote controlled from the driver’s visor.
The Wagoneer S offers an optional 115-volt a/c outlet on the center console, allowing you to recharge a laptop or run small household appliances without special adapters that can break or get misplaced. The Polestar 4 doesn’t offer a house-current electrical outlet.
The Wagoneer S’ Parallel and Perpendicular Park Assist can parallel park or back into a parking spot by itself, starting, stopping and changing direction automatically. The Polestar 4 doesn’t offer an automated parking system.
