Tires and Wheels

The Wagoneer S has a standard easy tire fill system. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer vehicle monitored tire inflation.

Suspension and Handling

The Wagoneer S has vehicle speed sensitive variable-assist power steering, for low-effort parking, better control at highway speeds and during hard cornering, and a better feel of the road. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer variable-assist power steering.

Chassis

The front grille of the Wagoneer S uses electronically controlled shutters to close off airflow and reduce drag when less engine cooling is needed. This helps improve highway fuel economy. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer active grille shutters.

Passenger Space

The Wagoneer S has 1.4 inches more rear legroom, .9 inches more rear hip room and .7 inches more rear shoulder room than the Electrified GV70.

Towing

Standard Trailer Sway Control on the Wagoneer S uses the Electronic Stability Control sensors to detect trailer sway, then uses individual brakes to counteract any swaying and help keep the tow vehicle and trailer steady. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer electronic trailer sway control.

Ergonomics

Unlike the driver-only memory system in the Electrified GV70, the Wagoneer S has standard driver and passenger memory, so that when drivers switch, the memory setting adjusts the driver’s seat, steering wheel position (with optional power wheel adjuster), outside mirror angle and radio stations and the front passenger seat also adjusts to the new passenger’s preset preferences.

The Wagoneer S’ standard Keyless Enter-N-Go allow you to unlock the doors from any outside door handle, open the cargo door, and start the vehicle, all without removing the key from the pocket or purse. Proximity Key standard on the Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer a sensor on the rear doors, so you’ll have to reach a front handle to unlock the rear door.

Heated windshield washer nozzles are standard on the Wagoneer S to prevent washer fluid and nozzles from freezing and help continue to keep the windshield clear in sub-freezing temperatures. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer heated windshield washer nozzles.

To help drivers avoid possible obstacles, the Wagoneer S has standard cornering lights to illuminate around corners when the turn signals are activated. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer cornering lights.

Optional air conditioned front and rear seats keep the Wagoneer S’ passengers comfortable and take the sting out of hot leather in summer. The Electrified GV70 doesn’t offer air-conditioned seats in the rear.

The Wagoneer S has a standard heated steering wheel to take the chill out of steering on extremely cold winter days before the vehicle heater warms up. A heated steering wheel is only available on the Electrified GV70 Prestige.
